Looking up my last name tonight. PreJean is the name and the wikipedia article said its mistakenly translated Pre de Jean, 'John's Meadow;' but a more reasonable translation is Prod Jean, 'Brave John,' or Prod Gent, 'First of (the) clan, well-born, noble person...' its the name of an old prominent family from East France in the city of Bourgogne (Burgundy). They came to French Canada and migrated soon to Louisiana. The family has a coat of arms that speak of them as warriors and apparently the family had something to do with law or something. I started tripping. Im inclined to believe my last name according to old french is 'First of Well-being/born, clan, or nobel.'.How fitting that Prophet Whitney would prophesy my name for future use and it was Duke/Dux Bellorum which literally means 'War Dule (leader/commander/more accurately...war lord )' dukes' rule over provinces...in prayer...calling this forth and letting Ruach rear me up into this priviledge...whewwww!
