haiku #3 (for EugeneRedmond)
you have taken down
the morning turned it into
a roar of blackness
-Sonia Sanchez
....with bare mouth
i sequestered
the day
grabbed it
by bob-tail
and flung the stars
into a pantheon
of light that
walked the
distance
between
my sour hello
and your cool dismissal....
say...
yeah, you...
latch on to
the tail of
my sorrows and
turn them into polarized light
that i can
wear in chic-ness
that makes dior
unfashionable....with
bare mouth
i sequester
day...
our day...grabbin
it by bob-tail
digesting flung
stars so
that i
walk
supernovas in the universe
of your womb.
....that be love...
