the spittle of my pen...

Moment In Time (legends)

moments of quietude…I found myself curled up on the divan listening to Jimmy Scott wail and bend notes as only he could. It had been a month since my trip back home. That was all I could say about it. My mind just caressed my yesterdays…I drink my sangria quick.

Healings (100words)

It was past the time for repopulating this barren landscape…past time for re-digging wells that had become covered and filled with the passing of years. There were new wells that needed to be dug. I was down for inner healing, but to be honest I was looking for this Osmosis type thing…this thing where I’d go to sleep and wake up and Poof! I would be whole. My life would become full of the healthy greenery of peace and resolved issues. He was my main issue…or rather all of the entities that came after him…*sigh* I guess I’ll stay dry.

song#1

I understand what it means…
I…feel the refrain of bordered decisions that are
left open for you.
I understand what it means…
leaving behind the fear, the restraints that kept us
from being us.
we…
baaaaaaadddddd and booooooolllllddddd people
now.

sonku

i came with
empty dreams
ready to
pray smiles and
release o/
pen sighs that
acquiesce
what I know
to be right
for free
lovin’ you.

Monoku

i could create lonely tunes to breast wild sighs of my inner freedom.

sonku (passing me out to you)

i conferred
my sound on
any ear
willin’ to
gather what
i kneaded
with tired knees
in prayers
that went low
and rivers
that chuckle

[my lips, yo
thighs slidin’
in wild speed]

blues cherita

wrote revolutionary breath-patterns by rote…

in unified whispers me and you
sang tales that copulated in dense imaginations

our glasses empty,
we told baldwinesque anecdotes
to quiet moans.

zip

castrated the   dick of untamed
              emotions   i eunuch thoughts.

gembun (goodbyetopredilections)

conversion of a soul man…my man…

mouthful of sadness
tongues wavin’ bye bye to styles
of life that were lies
(and reflected detriment)
