wow...

Talking with a broyher of mine about the perils of ministry, but basically the perils present in the black church. Funny thing is that to Yah, the Body has always been the Body; not this entity divided into factions etc. But for the sake of this point I will say the black church. We can do some insanely dumb things. We often have these inflated opinion of ourselves and actually believe that everything is about us. So many leaders and not enough people to follow...so many people looking for credible covering and parents and they are not getting that. So much controlled slavery instead of credible order and the est. Of leadership, correct leadership. No we cannot exist where everything is based on each others whims and is really sheer anarchy, but we can't have the other extreme of dictatorships and tyrannies in the name of order. I remember Apostle Patterson saying we are a people of extremes. We ingest, produce, and execute the wrong extremes...it baffled me to know end. I was listening to a friend tell me of his experiences and I got grieved and upset. People that are underminers, Absalom's that seduce people to yield their allegiance from the King to them or people who blame their mistakes and actions on haSatan instead of taking responsibility and accountability for our intentions and motivations that have been the deciding driving forces of our actions. How we no longer run after good character and sound morals, values, and integrity; but now we chase and tete your charisma, gifts, calling...what you can do that awes and wows people...but is only a smoke and mirror WHEN lacking good character, integrity et.al its amazing to me...i have to pause and bless Yah, bless Ruach, and Lord Yeshua for one sanctioning and the other two carrying out and executing that standard of good solid leadership/parental guidance. Well...methinks that's it for a minute. Wow! Talk about pondering! ~bloodspeaks
